Maia Spilman is a data privacy attorney with an intellectual property law background and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP). She works with companies in the pharmaceutical, entertainment and technology sectors to create practical business solutions for global compliance with data privacy/protection laws. Maia’s experience includes working as in-house counsel for INgrooves (when it was a startup) and the multinational BMG, which was part of the group. She provides data privacy/protection counsel on cross-Atlantic transfers of data, third party vendor management and contracting, as well as internal governance procedures and policies. Her international perspective comes not only from her global corporate experience, but also form her own multi-cultural background and extensive travels. Michael Taylor is President & CEO of MDT World Consulting, Inc.
